Based in the Shoalhaven, Nowchem originated as a chemical manufacturer supplying the local paper mill with various chemicals which later expanded to various services including contract manufacturing for pharmaceutical brands in the early 2000s. Since then, Nowchem has worked with many of Australia’s leading pharmaceutical brands as well as numerous international brands.
Today, Nowchem Pharma & Skincare is supported by a leadership team, including a Business Development Manager. Together with over 20 years of industry experience, they help new and existing clients manufacture their pharmaceutical products. Supported by a team of 70 people, including a Technical and Research Team, Nowchem Pharma & Skincare provides world-class contract manufacturing facilities coupled with market-leading flexibility.
In more recent years, Nowchem has heavily invested in resources, state-of-the-art production equipment, and technical facilities allowing our clients to inject new levels of agility and value into their existing supply chains. This has included the expansion of a second TGA-approved filling room and an analytical laboratory. The result is outstanding manufacturing efficiencies for volumes up to 10,000 Litres utilising our 4-head inline filler and tube filler, whilst having the flexibility to manufacture the most effective volumes for your market.
We are proud to be a member of Chemistry Australia, ASCC, Family Business Australia, RACI, and Accord Australia. Nowchem has also been approved for our TGA licence, APVMA licence, and has been certified for the SAI Global Assurance check.
