Business Manager, Pharma & Skincare
Coralie has over 20 years of experience in the personal care, skincare, and fragrance industries. As a key member of the Nowchem Pharma & Skincare team, she partners with our clients to formulate and develop world-class products, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes for their brand and market needs.
During her career, Coralie has gained deep insights into consumer products, product innovation and raw materials. With her specialised skills and extensive industry knowledge, she ensures our clients are engaged, supported, and informed throughout the creation of their products.
Our core technical, research & development and laboratory team members are responsible for formulation creation and compliance, stability testing and Quality Control testing. They ensure all incoming raw materials are compliant to be used in the production of pharmaceutical products, whilst also conducting research into the development of new materials and formulations. Several of our team members are a part of the Australian Society of Cosmetics Chemist, to ensure we are always up to date with raw materials and packaging requirements.
Our leadership team consists of eight dedicated professionals who are responsible for business strategy, operations, and client relations. Supported by an in-house administration team, they ensure effective communication across various platforms, sourcing raw material specialists and supporting overall business operations. Our sales and marketing team ensure our clients’ orders are fulfilled, processed, and distributed seamlessly. Nowchem Pharma & Skincare is supported by a full-time business development manager.
Our production and operations team employs more than forty people. They are responsible for the creation, production, filling, packaging, and distribution of all Nowchem Pharma & Skincare products. All operations are supported by an on-site maintenance team, responsible for repairing, monitoring, and installing the latest equipment.
