Nowchem Pharma & Skincare has been manufacturing an extensive range of TGA products since 2002. Today, our key capabilities include high-level sterilants, lice treatments, sunscreens, alcohol hand gels, topical creams and lotions.
At the heart of the Nowchem production capability and our most significant investment to date are the cosmetic and pharmaceutical facility vessels. Each of these high-performance tanks is constructed from 316 Stainless Steel with an internal finish standard perfectly suited to the manufacture of therapeutic products.
All filling is conducted in a dedicated clean filling room that contains an Asset volumetric 4-head inline filler and capping system for 100mL to 2L bottles, a tube filling machine (30mL-300mL), sachet machine and ultra-sonic sealing system.
