Contract manufacturing for pharmaceutical & skincare brands

At the heart of the Nowchem production capability and our most significant investment to date are the cosmetic and pharmaceutical facility vessels. Each of these high-performance tanks is constructed from 316 Stainless Steel with an internal finish standard perfectly suited to the manufacture of therapeutic products.

All filling is conducted in a dedicated clean filling room that contains an Asset volumetric 4-head inline filler and capping system for 100mL to 2L bottles, a tube filling machine (30mL-300mL), sachet machine and ultra-sonic sealing system.

Tanks Include:

  • 3 x 3000L liquid blending tanks
  • 1 x 6000L liquid blending tank
  • 100L-600L tanks available for premix and pilot batch manufacturing
  • 2 x 1200L cream mixing tanks
  • 1 x 120L heated cream mixing feed tank
  • 250kg and 500kg mixing tanks used for trials and short runs
  • 2 x 10,000L tanks for large blending and filling products such as surgical scrubs, disinfectant and body wash.
